Privacy Policy

Dev Empire is a software development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build web apps, mobile apps and AI-powered products. If you have a question about this policy, email contact@devempire.dev.

Only what you submit through a form on this site. We do not buy contact data, scrape it, or collect it from third parties.

Contact form. Your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your message, and optionally your company name and budget range.

Call booking. Your name, email address, the date and time you picked, and optionally a short description of your project.

Newsletter. Your email address, and nothing else.

Each record also carries the date it was created and a status we use internally to track whether we have replied.

Two reasons, both commercial. We reply to your enquiry and follow up about working together. And we keep the contact details of people who reach out, so we can get back in touch.

That is the whole purpose. We do not profile you, score you, or feed your details into automated decision-making.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. We run no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags and no analytics product — this site does not measure you at all.

This site sets no cookies for visitors. Our code issues one cookie, for staff logging into an internal admin page. It is never set on a page you can reach.

We store one thing in your browser: a value named de-theme, remembering whether you chose light or dark mode. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page here does not hand your IP address to a third party.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our instructions only.

Supabase hosts the database where form submissions are stored. Resend sends the confirmation emails, so it processes your name and email address. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. Sanity stores our blog content and holds no personal data about visitors.

Because we are in Pakistan and these providers operate internationally, your information may be stored or processed outside your country.

Enquiries and bookings are kept while we are in conversation and for up to 24 months after we last hear from you, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will.

Email contact@devempire.dev. Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will action deletion requests without asking you to justify them.

Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including under the UK and EU GDPR. We will honour those requests regardless of whether they apply to us by law.

Data is held in a managed Postgres database reachable only with credentials, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive material through our forms.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to anyone currently subscribed.
