By browsing devempire.dev you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site. Dev Empire is a software development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Everything here — prices, timelines, package descriptions, the founding client rate — is published to help you decide whether to talk to us. None of it is a binding offer, and submitting a form does not create a contract between us.

Price ranges are indicative. The figure that binds us is the one in a written quote we have issued for your specific scope.

A quote we send you is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Work begins only once you have approved a written scope and signed a contract.

That contract sets out the price, the dates, the payment milestones and what gets delivered. It also carries the commitments described on this site: a fixed price that moves only if you change the scope, you own 100% of the code, and 30 days of free support after launch. Those are contract terms, not promises granted by this page.

Where anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract governs.

Your project. On full payment, the code, designs and documentation we produce for you are yours outright. No licence fees, no lock-in, no dependency on us to keep running it.

Your material. Anything you give us — brand assets, content, access to your systems — stays yours. You confirm you have the right to hand it to us.

This website. The text, design, logo and code of devempire.dev belong to us. Please do not copy or republish them without permission.

We build on open-source components and reuse our own general know-how and reusable patterns across projects. That never includes your confidential information or anything specific to your product.

Tell us about your idea and we will keep it to ourselves. We are happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion — just ask, and we will have one back to you within 24 hours.

A slot you pick is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we email you to confirm it. Calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. If you need to move or cancel, reply to the confirmation email.

We link to third-party tools and profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content may go out of date between updates.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost data, lost business — arising from your use of this website.

Liability arising from project work is dealt with in your signed contract, not here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website. Your project contract may specify a different forum, and if so that choice applies to the work.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
